Nutrition is a key to develop and maintain a health which is optimal for all. The council of American medical Association defines nutrition as the science of foods. Nutrition science is the area which regards to role of food in maintaining a good health.
For all our daily activities and growth, we require a food in a correct nutrition. So nutrition refers to the study of food and how the body utilizes the food according to its level. Big Nutrients are called as macro nutrients. Proteins, Carbohydrates and fats come under the category macro nutrients. Small Nutrients are micro nutrients. Micro nutrients are vitamins and minerals which makes us healthy. We ourselves can analyze our own diet and food choices based on the necessity of nutrients.
The foods we have should not fill up the stomach excessively. Eating healthy diet overcomes the risky health conditions. Whereas, poor diet may leads to ill. To get correct nutrition, we have to follow proper diet so everyone can avoid the certain disorders like diabetes, Cancer, Intestinal problems, etc.,
To get a proper nutrition we must take the food in a proper manner. That is, it should be chewed and swallowed. So there exists a good digestion, each part of the food acts in the body to get a sufficient energy.
Good nutrition requires the diet to be satisfactory and is capable of supporting each individual in a good healthy state providing necessary nutrition in required amounts. There must be a right amount of fuel for our activity of the body. That is by means of food. Either food in the liquid or solid form which has a chemical composition and once its swallowed, it can produce heat in the form of energy. Nutrition allows to growth, maintenance of the body. Even though proper nutrition is maintained in our body, there is enough amount of water to order making the metabolism to avoid any risks. Because water makes the digestion well and maintain a proper balance of our body.
