Yoga is a meaningful term comprising of all these aspects for successful living, such as maintaining harmony between:
1) Physical Body and Life Force.
2) Life-force and Mind.
3) Individual and Society.
4) Nature and Will.
1) HARMONY BETWEEN BODY AND SOUL is maintaining physical health by following moderation in the following five items: food, work, rest, sex and use of thought-force.
2) HARMONY BETWEEN SOUL AND MIND is streamlining in creative and positive thoughts and keeping peace and contentment.
3) HARMONY BETWEEN INDIVIDUAL AND SOCIETY means to practice the virtues of Morality, Duty and Charity. It also means to respect the birthright, freedom, security, needs and ambitions of others and to discipline one’s own deeds or activities and enjoyments.
4) HARMONY BETWEEN NATURE AND WILL is to respect the natural rhythm and consciousness in everything, whether animate or inanimate, and to deal with everything properly with awareness of the Cause and Effect System (Karma Theory) of the Nature.
The aforesaid are the essential aspects of education to be learnt and followed by mankind for happy, prosperous and peaceful life.
