Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
• 4 tablespoon of Yogurt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4 leg pieces chicken
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• ¼ teaspoon Oregano
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard paste
• 2 tablespoons prepared Garlic paste
• 3 tablespoon water
Directions
1. Place flour in a bowl and mix all ingredients mentioned above.
2. Take care that yogurt should be thick.
3. Mix them all and prepare a thick paste now coat the chicken in paste.
4. Put them in refrigerator for at least 4- 5 hours. The maximum time the more taste.
5. Now prepare the pan with oil. Oil should be spread properly in pan, it could be done with the help of brush.
6. Also coat the leg pieces with oil with the help of brush.
7. Now put them in oven with Microwave + grill mix on 550 heats for 30 mins.
8. don’t forget to shuffle the sides of chicken along with the normat coating of oil 2times at least.
9. After 30 mins oven, the chicken is ready to grill for 15 mins.
10. You will see the color has become brown of chicken.
11. Now tasty chicken is ready, serve it with onion with lime and mint sauce.
