Misunderstanding two: the toys with high price should be better than the one with low price Many parents have this consciousness that toys with high price should be the best toys and would be able to better develop the intellectual development. Therefore it is worth to invest on such aspect. Obviously, it is a wrong standpoint. Children have the different cognitions on toys’ choice and playing with adults. In general, they pay more attention on the interest of the toys. They have no time to consider the price of the toys parents bought for them. What have to emphasize is that it is not the mean toys with high price should not be suitable for children. When choosing toys, parents should consider children’s actual requirement and interest. Generally speaking, the toys which are close related to children’s daily life should be more attractive to kids because they can get lots of pleasure from playing process.
Misunderstanding three: the more, the better In daily life, many parents always buy too many toys for kids because they think children can be developed roundly with many toys. As a result, children just play the new toys for a while and always ask for new one because they find their little friends have more interesting one. It is the children’s natural instincts for new things, however, parents should not meet their needs all the time.
